| Description: | The Suicide of Objects was an exhibition at sites across Belfast for 12 international invited artists,(curated by Julie Bacon for Catalyst Arts), with funding from The Arts Council of Northern Ireland and others, I was invited to produce two new live installations at the Catalyst Art’s Gallery and The Ulster Museum. In extending and challenging the normative idea of what constitutes the archive at the Ulster Museum I made physical and photographic interventions to access and display the technicians installing the work on previously inaccessible roof spaces. In so doing I revealed the often hidden and unrevealed, questioning the context and process of the event itself. | |||||||||
