<p>Cross arts collaboration is a strong element of Lane’s research and creative practice. Hidden Voices was made in collaboration with choreographer Rosemary Butcher. </p>

<p>Hidden Voices performed at Tate Modern, London; Tanzquartier, Vienna; Tanzwerkstatt Europa, Munich and Europa festival, Rotterdam in 2005-6 and in Hamburg, Ludwigshafen and Roubaix in 2007. In 2006 it was adapted into four short films broadcast as four Three Minute Wonders on consecutive evenings on Channel 4. </p>

<p>Other works made in collaboration with Rosemary Butcher include Undercurrent (2001), a dance film selected in 29th International Competition of Electroacoustic Music and Sonic Art in 2002; White (Muffathalle, Munich; Royal Festival Hall, London; Tanzquartier, Vienna 2003-4); Still-Slow-Divided (Tanzquartier, Vienna, Rio International Dance Festival 2001) and Scan (Hayward Gallery and Laban Centre, London; Joyce Theatre, New York; Rio International Dance Festival,2001 and The Place, 2002). </p>

<p>Lane was invited to speak on this work at the International Symposium on Digital Art, Bangalore, India (2004); Speculative Strategies 2, University of Bath (2004) and The State of Affairs, Middlesex University (2003) </p>
