This film is an updating of colourful Hollywood musicals, a day-in-the-life romp like Jacques Tati’s “Playtime”, a heaven-to-hell journey influenced by Victorian tableau paintings. This is 24-hour voyage through the forms of dance practised in east London, featuring the area’s real venues, dancers and events.
