This interview explored the themes of the special issue 'Skin and Cloth' of Textile: the journal of cloth and culture in relation to artist Margi Geerlinks digital photographic works. Caryn Simonson is the proposal creator and guest editor of this special issue. The interview explores her images which fuse textile and skin, past and future; images of individuals carrying out textile craft processes e.g. a woman knitting a baby, a girl crocheting a breast, an elderly woman embroidering an ear.
