| Description: | An installation in Bath Abbey to coincide with a conference called Power in Space - historic architecture transfigured for contemporary culture. FCBS & Buro Happold organised a charitable event which brought international designers and directors together to create lively and uplifting debate. Innovation in re-using existing buildings for contemporary culture and performance provided the focus. The event was held at Bath Abbey, who donated the use of this glorious medieval church. With the Abbey as inspiration and setting, the piece intended to combine the everyday and the wondrous. | ||||||
