A conceptual taxonomy of fashion visual merchandising attributes

Nobbs, Karinna and McColl, Julie (2012) A conceptual taxonomy of fashion visual merchandising attributes. In: KAMS Global Marketing Conference, July 19th-22nd, 2012, COEX, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Type of Research: Conference, Symposium or Workshop Item
Creators: Nobbs, Karinna and McColl, Julie
Description:

Aesthetics are key to the consumption process (Martineau 1958; Kotler 1973; Mills and Paul 1988; Lea-Greenwood 1999; Davis and Ward 2005). Research in the VM field is developed but dated and is limited in its specificity to fashion (Lea-Greenwood 1998). This study aims to synthesise the literature creating a conceptual framework of VM attributes.
