Description:	A report detailing an 18 month project that involved the PI (Dr. H Zeilig) working in a single dementia care home with the residents and workforce to create a novel form of education for the care staff. This was a truly inter-disciplinary project that built on the expertise of the care home staff with a group of academics, clinicians and artists.
