Description:	A short article for NiTRO: Non-traditional Research Outputs to explore the role of welldoing and wellbeing in creativity. Of particular interest to the authors is the wellbeing that can be gained through participation in co-design activity. This was mapped using Max-Neef's theory of needs and satisfiers and is presented as a matrix. (NiTRO is an online resource that connects creative artists in the university sector - in visual art and design, performing arts and creative writing - with each other and with audiences, students, employers, policy makers and the general public.
