A three-letter array of striplights mounted on a steel structure interrupts the windows of a gallery, and is home to a seemingly autonomous but distracted decoy owl.

From the street the striplight arrays spell out phrases constructed entirely of words whose length is a multiple of three letters, prioritising formal exigency over linguistic coherence. Attempts have been made to re-translate (the Austrian Infrastructure Minister) Jörg Leichtfried's assertion of the primacy of human agency in governmental AI policy to fit the tripartite syntax, mangling its specificity.

the fleeting appearance of the singularity is immediately explainable and

The decoy owl which sits perched on a striplight at one end of the steel structure has been given just enough sensory response as to appear to be in possession of some form of autonomy. It generally turns its head towards any approaching visitor, but its movements are unpredictable; it appears distracted and cannot be interacted with in any coherent way. At rest it appears to stare towards a crude bird-shaped company logo on a window across the street.
