| Description: | The Flexidress is the result of collaboration between design and material innovation in the HEREWEAR project. Made from regenerated cellulose from straw, it offers reduced impact in material production through the use of agricultural bi-products. All other aspects of the dress are design to represent bio-based, local, and circular innovation for fashion. It is a modular garment, with a separable top and bottom part which can be work in multiple ways. Filament yarn was used in the fabric production to minimise microfibre shedding. It is completely recyclable at end of life in the same processes as it was created. |
