This first edition of the book was produced as a short run through KISMIF, the Punk Scholars Network and the University of Porto, Portugal. Russ Bestley acted as book designer and worked in collaboration with the named editors Mike Dines, Alastair Gordon and Paula Guerra to develop the first draft manuscript into a final book. Once this very limited edition was published, Bestley negotiated a publishing deal with Intellect Books for a revised second edition to be published in August 2019.
