Description: | 'Play, Life, Illusion' was a series of performances commissioned for the Festival Stage TOTAL, and performed over a four day duration in Dessau, Germany at the Bauhaus Museum, Dessau. BA Fine Art students from Camberwell College of Arts with teaching faculty reimagined and staged Xanti Schawinskys’ performance-installation 'Play, Life, Illusion' (1936), to celebrate the centenary year of Bauhaus, and also as part of the celebrations that opened the Bauhaus Museum, Dessau. |
