Description: | At this time I was the director of this social enterprise. Based in North London (Enfield), we focused upon sound, independent music, webcasting and community-based participatory performances. While in operation the company delivered many projects including: 2000-2002 Weekly webcast on the community radio station FUZZ FM 2002 – 2005 Curation of Multimedia Art Event Series @ 291 Gallery, Shoreditch, East London. Including performances by The No Neck Blues Band, New Bleep, Middlesex Sonic Arts, Adaadat Records, Uniform, Trad Gras ond Stener and The Fleapit Orchestra 2005. THE ELEMENTALS Primary school workshops using recycled materials to create musical instruments, followed by a promenade performance. Arts Unit Enfield Council This publication was the outcome of an open call for arts-based companies to share their practices and perspectives to the wider community of practioners. |
