Description:	A selected international roster of historians, designers, theorists, doctors, and activists, among others, were invited to each select one poster from the University of Rochester AIDS Education Collection of over 8000 posters and write a brief commentary from their unique perspective. This provides the reader with a diverse, multi-disciplinary, and global perspective on the subject of HIV/AIDS and its graphic representations. The resulting book accompanies a touring exhibition of the posters. I was the only UK contributor, and selected to write about a poster produced by the London based organisation, GMFA, from 1994.
