Creators: | Parry, Owen G. |
Description: | A fictional monument to the Larry Stylinson fandom, a sub-fandom of the British boy band One Direction fandom. Larry!Monument explores "shipping" (romantic pairing) in fanfiction as a viable methodology in art practice. This multimedia installation explores and celebrates the queer, subversive potentials of fanfiction, whilst unearthing questions about authorship, collectivity and pilgrimage in digital times. |
