Clothing 2050: garment scenarios to drive circular material systems

This chapter looks ahead - using a framework of circular materials - through the eyes of consumers, at a range of garments and how they might be created, purchased, used, recirculated, recreated and regenerated. Designers working with creative futures thinking can contribute to ideas that lead to scalable ventures if their thinking is underpinned by systemic material knowledge and they make decisions in collaboration with users and other experts.
