Notes on making Wayfaring Stranger

The fourth issue of the Swedenborg Society’s annual periodical featuring articles and reviews on contemporary events and books plus other cultural and literary activities.

An evening of live readings and film to celebrate Swedenborg Review 0.04. My contribution to the event is a reading from the narration developed with Eileen Myles (2024). To prepare the project I wrote a manifesto / guiding principles and deep values of working with the performers, with my collaborators, and wider ethics of practicing in relation (and opposition) to a commonly deeply extractive film industry.
