Solo Exhibition of New Digital and Interactive Media work at the Filesharing Gallery, Berlin, Germany, 18-21 July 2002.

"The Filesharing Gallery in Berlin was an open innovation space, set up by a group of 8 and embraced by an amazing network of many more creatives, designers, thinkers, hackers, activists, ... we got started to work on self-initiated projects between digital and analogue. Events and exhibitions took place at Filesharing, ideas were born, discussed, killed or build into projects. We were invited to conferences and brought people over from Australia, the USA, UK, Sweden and so on."

For the Exhibition at the Filesharing Gallery, a floor-based digital surface was created where visual displays responded to the sound in the gallery space. The surface was sound responsive and would alter its form and sequence in response to the sound level in the gallery.

The work for the screen was concerned with the position of the viewer in relation to the screen and the floor. The work was constructed around the act of looking down, looking into or looking over as for example, looking at an architectural model or looking into a swimming pool.

Also in this exhibition 'Short Film' - a film shot on location in Madurodam, a model village in Holland was shown for the first time. It was shown alongside a range of printed and photographic documentation from the project.
