On Friendship and Solidarity

My presentation is a series of reflections on friendship.

Céline Condorelli (2014) writes that ‘working together can both start from and create forms of solidarity and friendship, which are then pursued as both condition and intent, motivating actions taken and work undertaken.’ (p. 8)

Friendship forges connections between people, objects and contexts. How, then, does friendship support the conditions of curatorial practice? And how do we talk about friendship and solidarity in the context of curatorial work?
