Although there are potential benefits of mobile technology, there are challenges and barriers for older people to adopting them. This exploratory study took place in East London in 2016, UK. It used questionnaire and interview, aiming at understanding how mobile technology is adopted among older people. Older people’s adoption of mobile technology has been investigated and concluded from four aspects, i.e. getting, learning, using and adopting mobile technologies.
