Performance Human-Computer Counter-Choreographies

Human-Computer Counter-Choreographies (HCCC) is a performance that combines live coding with choreographic methods to expose online tracking on stage. It uses custom-made programming scripts and a modified version of the DuckDuckGo privacy extension, an open-source tool that monitors online tracking, to make trackers visible and audible on stage. Throughout the performance, the audience is encouraged to participate by following a sequence of choreographic prompts embodying various aspects of online tracking, such as fingerprinting and profiling.
