| Description: | From a series of works in which I am feminising these military figures—often celebrated for their wealth, fame, and power gained through conflict—by replacing their weapons with domestic objects. These tools, symbols of care and repair, suggest a call to clean up the destruction left in the wake of violence. The series is part of a broader inquiry into what the world might look like if it were led by women. The decorative borders reference domesticity and subtly mock the self-importance of these traditionally heroic male figures, inviting a reconsideration of power, value, and legacy. |
