Description:

This is a paratext piece (text/image) that reflects on the drawing of a line around a high-security prison. It argues for a means of drawing (out or on) trauma, sensorially feeling towards shape by following contours that may reveal a topology of trauma that is potentially un-nameable or unknown. This proposal does not concern psychotherapeutic approaches to trauma through drawing, but argues for drawing as a tentative means of sensing, between act and reflection.
