Description:

This paper traces the antecedents and influence of ‘anarcho-feminist’ ideas in Vaucher’s designs for the anarcho-punk band, Crass (1977-84), and her self-published journal, International Anthem (1977-81), through underground press publications (1960s-70s and punk fanzines (1970s-80s). This article also draws on the ideas of anarcho-feminist theorists, including Emma Goldman (1869–1940).
