Making your mark: post-digital animation

The computer is central to the production of contemporary animation, but who is in control of the marks you make - the computer or you?

In this Masterclass, Birgitta Hosea will present a post-digital approach to creating animation. Showing examples of work from Character Animation students at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (which is part of the University of the Arts London), she will also demonstrate practical techniques for mixing the hand-made with the digital in After Effects and Photoshop to create your own individual marks.
