Description: | The project 'Exploring the Invisible' is a successful collaboration and has broken new scientific ground. During the collaboration Anne Brodie (artist) and Simon Park (microbiologist) experimented with exposing different objects to the bacteria and a new phenomenon was observed (documented in the artwork Gold Teacup) which is now the subject of further research. Part of the project was a talk by Caterina Albano organised in conjunction with the project final exhibition at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. Albano considered curation and issues related to art and science projects and chaired the event. |
