Early versions were presented at peer-reviewed conferences including: the Association of Art Historians Annual Conference (Open University, March 2012); ‘La Mode et le Temps’ conference (Université Lumière, Lyon, March 2012); ‘Fashion Tales 2012’, 13th International Conference (Universita Cattolica, Milan, June 12). It also formed the basis of her presentation as a Guest speaker at CUNY/NYU ‘Fashion Studies Today’ Conference (New York, May 2012). Rocamora is a co-editor of the book in which the chapter appears (The Fashion Studies Handbook, 2013, Berg. Edited by Black, S. ; de la Haye, A. ; Entwistle, J.; Rocamora, A.; Thomas, H. ; Root, R.), and, in particular, of the section on ‘Fashion and Space’, for which she wrote the introduction. |
