Description: | A quest that is a highly personal account of utilizing the sense of smell as a possible tool to help prevent an acute bipolar disorder relapse through means of stress reduction. This project presents concepts and ideas as a means to reduce triggers and prevent the risk of relapsing into mania and depression by using scent to reduce stress and promote quality sleep - the two major causes of bipolar triggers. |
