Description: | An unique performance-led installation exploring human emotion through eye contact, as part of Manchester Science Festival. Originally created by Professor Helen Storey, (London College of Fashion) and Professor Jim Coan (University of Virginia), this bespoke performance-led installation provokes curiosity and interaction between audiences and the 'eyes'. Examine what it means to be human, the power of authentic emotion and the role of the amygdala in our most primitive responses. Eye & I was performed by actors from the 24:7 Theatre Festival and produced by Helen Storey Foundation. Salon: |
