| Description: | Bay Watch celebrates the vast sky and heritage along Swansea Bay. Coinciding with the centenary of The Slip Bridge, the work assembles an archive, with seaside memory postcards, a silent film screened in Castle Square, an ‘info’ panel at the Bridge, a public talk in the Discovery Room, Swansea Library and a commissioned limited edition Swansea Slip Bridge Summer Sundae with Joe’s Ice Cream, on sale in their Mumbles and Swansea parlours. The archive, including seaside memory postcards will be deposited with the West Glamorgan Archive Service for posterity. |
