| Description: | I Stood Up (ii) was an event held as part of the 'I Stood Up' project, led by Dilys Williams and the Centre for Sustainable Fashion. The event was formed of two parts - firstly an ‘I Stood Up’ workshop – an opportunity for an invited group of young, first time voters to visualise their concerns and priorities by literally making a fashion statement. The second part included a ‘Question Time’ style panel discussion picking up on the concerns expressed in the first session, and addressing issues at the intersection of political concerns, fashion and public engagement. |
