Description: | Botteghe Digitali was a project that forged connections between business and creativity. The main objective of the project was to promote training and action of young artists under 35, who collaborated with businesses in Friuli Venezia Giulia over a period of time between Autumn 2019 and summer 2020. The artists were given tools and support to develop new works and narrate the businesses sector with which they came in contact. The concept for Botteghe Digitali 2020 revolved around sustainability, and included: sustainability and growth; local versus global resources; the use of new technologies with regards to sustainability; the new media and languages of creativity and return to tradition. Due to the pandemic the final exhibition took place online instead as an installation in various venues in Gorizia, Italy. |
