Description:	This presentation was about a pilot project at UAL using Symplectic Elements to power peer observations across teaching body. Members of the academic staff can easily share details of their teaching sessions available for peer observation, creating a collaborative environment for growth and improvement. Faculty can then search for observations based on subject area, class size and days of the week, helping them to identify learning opportunities. The presentation was a live webinar which was viewed by many staff members across different universities across United Kingdom and the Symplectic team.
