Description: | This case study describes the design and implementation of a learning & assessment activity that enables distance learning students to work together to develop and demonstrate skills such as conflict management and dispute resolution, and to apply their understanding of contract law to practice. The activity utilises Web 2.0 tools such as forums and wikis to facilitate asynchronous and synchronous communication and collaborative problem-solving, and exemplifies the alignment of assessment with the practical application that students are likely to experience in their professional lives. |
