| Description: | Reflections on Taste is a risograph zine publication that resulted from a series of reading groups as a response to the conference Taste After Bourdieu hosted at Chelsea College of Arts in 2014. Led by UAL academics, Dave Beach and Malcolm Quinn, the reading group for Taste After Bourdieu was inspired by Owen Jones' writing on the demonisation of the working class and 'Chav' culture, and Jukka Gronow's examination of taste and fashion, informed by Immanuel Kant and Georg Kimmel. |
